To open the Mac you need a P5/PL4 Pentalobe screwdriver.

The motherboard number is on the top (easy to reach) side of the motherboard, on the lower edge on the left, but in very small print.

The ROM is a WSON-8 chip 3x4mm (32Mbit).

The ROM in on the bottom (hard to reach) side of the motherboard.

Battery flex: 821-????  but unlabelled

Battery connector on MB: FF18-10A
